Swoop Scoop

So let’s admit it, 12 weeks of pulled pork, brats and ribs aplenty can mean 12 long weeks of self-loathing and despair. Don’t let the delights of summer weigh you down. Keep the muffin tops on the picnic table with today’s Swoop from RowFit Chicago. Choose from the following options:

  • $40 for 10 fitness classes (a $180 value)
  • $50 for 15 fitness classes (a $270 value)

RowFit Chicago is a boutique fitness gym that specializes in small group classes to maximize your training sessions. Each class is one hour and led by experienced, certified coaches: Ironman competitors, college champion rowers and more. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that’s used to train policemen, military units, martial artists and professional athletes. People of all fitness levels can benefit from CrossFit by starting at their own speed and working their way through more challenging exercises. CrossFit newbies must enroll in the CrossFit Elements program, which will teach you the basics of CrossFit in six easy classes. Then you can choose from a selection of group classes: CrossFit, RowFit, CrossFit striking, CycleFit and Bootcamp. CrossFit striking takes the principles of CrossFit, but focuses on boxing moves for a fun, hardcore alternative. CycleFit is a new take on popular spinning classes where you bring your bike in and they’ll teach you how to improve your strength, performance and cycling technique. Boot camp classes focus on rowing and using your own bodyweight to exercise. So swoop in on today’s deal for a body that’s lean, mean and ready to take on anything, even that grill.
