Led by certified trainer Jason Lee, you’ll hit the great outdoors bright and early for a heart-pumping one-hour workout. But don’t worry, Jason won’t scream orders at you like a real army sergeant. Every muscle will feel the grind as you complete core exercises, circuit training, obstacles courses and more. Women of all ages and skill levels participate, and they'll inspire you to keep on truckin’. All you need to bring is an exercise mat, small, five to eight pound hand weights, a water bottle and running shoes. In a couple weeks you’ll see defined muscles, shed some pounds and even feel healthier overall. In fact, most camp participants can expect to lose up to 12 pounds, reduce body fat by up to 5 percent and see a 25 percent increase in strength and endurance. If you choose a later, cooler month, the boot camp will simply be moved to an indoor location. So go ahead, G.I. Jane, swoop in on today’s deal to truly get in shape.

Class Schedule:
Wicker Park: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 5:30–6:30 a.m. and 6:45–7:45 a.m.
Walsh Park: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:30–10 a.m. and Monday; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 6:30–7:30 p.m.
